Kevin’s Bush

Kevin’s Bush is a small area of bush, that is not grazed by sheep or cattle.

It’s mostly in H10 on the map.

It has some beautiful old rhododendrons and other shrubs. It has a number of large trees as well. Like Sequoia sempervirens or (Californian) Coastal Redwood and some Eucalyptus. Kevin made a nice walking track through it. It got largely overgrown. I am clearing the track now, but first of all I fight a large battle against a weed, Jasminum polyanthum, that tends to overgrow everything.

For more info on Jasminum polyanthum, see: wiki-en.

There grows another Jasminum as well. I think this is Jasminum mesnyi. But I’m not sure.

Jasminum probably mesnyi
